More than ever, employers need to zone in on building supportive work environments that foster connections, purpose, and well-being. With the rising skill shortage, employers need effective appreciation and engagement strategies to support their retaining / retraining efforts. What’s needed is more supportive environments where employees feel valued and connected. By working with our HR Advisor and investing into effective recognition and engagement strategies, leadership can enhance job satisfaction and morale. Having happy employees allows for easier alignment with the organization’s mission and values, allowing greater innovation and more sustainable business growth.


Initial consultations start at $200+tax, which include a Needs Assessment. Fees for the creating Appreciation & Engagement Programs are determined based on the results of the Needs Assessment. If our services are retained, this initial fee can be counted towards the costs of the subsequent services.
