We believe that with the right conditions, despite the pressures and adversities of life, people and organizations can transform into more wonderful versions of themselves, much like marble rock.We see hardships, sometimes causing damages and setbacks, as strengthening, character-building moments; like the ancient art of Kintsugi (mending broken pottery with gold lacquer), we value fixing the broken instead of discarding it. 

We see the "scars" left behind by adversity as character-forming veins on a precious piece of marble that has transformed into a stronger, more resilient and uniquely distinguished version of what originally was.
